Because this material can be disturbing, this presentation comes with a serious warning.  If you research this subject you must protect your thought to not take it in and over-empathize with the victims.  

Realize that the evil discussed here has persisted because of belief—the belief by hundreds of thousands that evil is more powerful than good.  That belief cannot stand in the presence of the truth of the Divine Love of our omnipotent God.  Good is destroying evil exactly as light destroys darkness.  If you do not believe this, you probably are not ready to hear what is being presented.

And remember this.  Recovered victims of trauma-based mind control, having experienced horrendous torture, have specifically stated that the solution to all of this is love.  So, trust that they know what they are talking about.

Project MK Ultra is the code name for a covert research operation experimenting in the behavioral engineering of humans (mind control) through the CIA’s Scientific Intelligence Division.  The program engaged in many illegal activities; in particular it used unwitting U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects.
