Over 40 years after the original 13th Amendment, the Civil War era spawned the second and third thirteenth amendments, and then the fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth.  The Civil War, instigated by the cabal, and it’s aftermath, controlled by them, was used very effectively to transfer power from the states to a corrupt federal government.

It is important to note that much of what we know of history obfuscates the true causes of many actions.  We now know that many events have hidden causes, or have been secretly manipulated.  Such is the case with the Civil War era.  We must realize that the war was planned.  Foreign powers were involved in the causes much more than the overt and open issues of race.  Issues of race and slavery were used as tools to attempt bringing about a division of America and control by foreign nations.
