Our Constitution for the united States of America (1787) is a powerful document.  There are law libraries three-stories tall, with thousands of law books in them, all subject to what is in the 10 pages or so of the Constitution for the united States of America.
1789/1791.  Our Constitution has seven articles laying out the structure of our government, for the public officials—NOT for the People.  Our rights are then enumerated in the ten articles of the Bill of Rights..  The 11th, 12th, and 13th were lawfully added, and then 14 more illegal ones.
