Here is a graphical illustration.  By the year 1861 the government was tyrannical and not under the control of the people, by 1945 the juries were controlled by the government, and the jural asemblies were missing..  What we are doing now is putting the assemblies back in place; and it is from them that the juries and the government servants are chosen.
